Eww flickers randomly

This is the same problem as #9330.

eww bar keeps flickering:

I don't think this is an issue in eww since it does not happen in SwayWM.

what are the red circles about on the screenshot? whats wrong?

Also if it's just eww maybe it is eww's fault? what if you set an opacity 0.9999 rule for it?

Not eww's fault, happens on waybar too #9330. In the meantime, try switching to a commit before e536b02, 0.46.2 should be the last release

Of waybar or hyprland? Do you have transparency?

I have hyprland 0.49 and waybar 0.12, and have been experiencing waybar flickering. I have opacity set in the waybar config under window#waybar.
