Grim and Slurp Screenshots have Horizontal Bar

Since the latest hyprland update, screenshots taken with grim and slurp (grim -g "$(slurp -d)" - | wl-copy) are broken.
Screenshots taken this way have a horizontal bar in them due to slurp and grim not scaling correctly.
This bug has only been present since the last update.

Interestingly the crossing gray line starts exactly 256 pixels counted from the bottom.

Adding

layerrule = noanim, selection

to the hyprland.conf config file fixes this issue temporarily.
