It'd be nice to have a way to dynamically close windows when they have certain parameters met easily.

This can possibly be scripted but sway has it as a native feature, and i don't want to implement polling in a script for performance reasons if possible.

If a window pops up with a certain title, it could instantly close, for example, I have a program that gives me popup telling me since it's been idle it'll be closing, but it doesn't close until i hit okay. in this case, i'd like to just instantly close it if a window with that class and that title pops up.

Just the normal windowrule parameters.

can be scripted easily with the IPC (https://wiki.hyprland.org/IPC/#events-list -> openwindow) and a dmenu popup to confirm

I don't want to poll, since that'll keep my cpu alive, really battery reasons not perf

hyprland will already keep your cpu alive. That's just plain wrong.
