Make pin/float dynamic

It's impossible to set a windowrule to pin/float dynamically certain windows that don't set their title on startup.

It'd be nice to have a workaround for this scenario, just as an example, thunderbird authentication starts titleless so there's no way to make it a floating window.

No. They alter the layout, and thus need to execute stuff on change. This is something for a script. Especially with float, it changes the window management, which can be dubious in some cases.
