Test Bug: MacOS sometimes doesnt read sharedStrings.xml

After performing some debugging, the root cause of macos devices failing seems to be related to sharedStrings not being read in time for the worksheet to be read. I need to research more on what the different between the sharedString options are and all the other options are for the WorkbookReader class.
