Add section to v0.3 Grid docs for creating a circuit using splinter v0.6 #341
Description
Grid v0.3 supports Splinter v0.4 and Splinter v0.6. Running Splinter v0.6 does change the requirements for setting up a circuit, etc. The documentation should be updated to reflect these changes if using Splinter v0.6 with the released version of Grid (0.3).
