Move Curriculum and Design Docs to Reading Directory #119
Description
All app design material should be removed from READMEs and maintained separately in reading/part-XXX/design.md.
All educational curriculum should be removed from READMEs and maintained separately in reading/part-XXX/curriculum.md.
READMEs should contain only setup and start up information, with links to design and curriculum as appropriate. READMEs should also be redundant. The root README will have all information from nested READMEs. Nested READMEs will repeat the information pertinent to their particular component.
