Context (state) for rules

Hi Guys.

Thanks for the great development here. I am starting a new project for building up a rules engine with state (context) so that we can do something like:

• Sleep (trigger every n minutes while in active state)
• Consecutive fulfilement ( only trigger if in active state for n consecutive times)
• Duration (trigger if in active for period)
• Toggle (in/out)
• .....

I want to create a flexible store data can be stored either in an embedded db + file or a redis system + database etc

Would anyone be interested in something similar and colaborating on a project for that.
