To Reproduce
Go to a profile page of a Safe or smart account and see that there's no warning banner.
Describe the Bug
When viewing a multisig profile the app should show a banner asking the user to DYOR if there are different deployments on multiple networks.
The banner isn't showing on these profiles.
Expected Behavior
The banner should show when it's a contract account.
