Replace "Toggle sort" with more sort options in the menu

Currently, the column menu only proposes "Toggle sort", which does the same as clicking the column header, which leads to the next state in the flow: not sorted -> ascending order -> descending order -> not sorted...

Instead of this menu option, we could show the three states and highlight the current one.
