Use the more advanced WKB parser from upstream hyparquet.
Eventually maybe we will deprecate this package. And with the
geoparquet = trueflag in hyparquet this might be even more unnecessary [draft pr]. But for now we might as well use more of the upstream code.I left the
wkb.test.jsfile to prove that the upstream WKB parser doesn't break anything. But I'll probably remove that in a subsequent PR.
