New experimental Jupyter kernel

I made this asked Claude Code to write a Jupyter kernel for hy from scratch and it did. This is the whole of the interaction I had with it https://github.com/asemic-horizon/vibekernel/blob/main/full_claude_interaction.txt

Now, it has gone through minimal interactive testing and I haven't really looked at the code. I'd really appreciate the following

• Just install the thing and try with reasonably complex scripts to see if/where it breaks.
• Add some complex tests
• Look at the code, validate it in any way/to any extent possible.
• Probably ideal would be a full rewrite (looking at the AI-generated code for inspiration). That way it would no longer be a vibecoded project.
