Executing Retrieval module

Hello,
I don't see any instructions regarding executing hierarchal tfidf retriever, embedding retriever, or customer search, are these all helper classes for tfidf retriever or they have their own functionality and execution steps?
Kindly specify, do we have to make any changes while running the command to execute these retrieval modules.
