Validate configuration dependencies before E-Stop configuration in PantherSystem #321
Description
In the context of PR #320, it was suggested to ensure that all dependent entities are properly initialized before configuring the E-Stop in the PantherSystem class to prevent runtime errors. This issue tracks the implementation of this validation.
