Need help trying to add bits-ui/shadcn to svelte

I'm trying to install shadcn-svelte and i did pretty much everything installation wise and im getting this error on the last step... Please help, i added $lib path to all tsconfig,jsconfig,webpack config if that matters. I did everything from https://www.shadcn-svelte.com/docs/installation/manual and thats the error i get trying to display simple select dropdown on my webpage. Bits UI version: 18.0.0
