combobox: Allow programatically choosing the highlighted item

Hi, I'm using the combobox input and I'd like to pre-highlight the "best match" in the list, according to my own definition of "best match".

Is there any way to do it?

if you have the match ranking can you not render them in that order where it highlights the first one?
