Compile-time warnings with Rspack

Describe the bug

Merely trying to compile dist gives me a distinct warning and error, (repeated several times) that I do not understand how to resolve... any help appreciated.

Reproduction

I don't think stackblitz supports Rspack, or if it does, I don't know how to use it

All the errors have been fixed by adding 'import' to resolve.conditionNames, however all the warnings remain outstanding.

Warnings have been elided by not processing .svelte.js files.

Warnings cannot be elided by not processing .svelte.js files because then runes will not be compiled and we will receive runtime errors such as the following:

The $effect rune is only available inside .svelte and [.svelte.js/ts](chrome://devtools/content/webconsole/.svelte.js/ts) files
