feat: Add "requiresSelection" flag to the toggleGroup component

It would be great to have a way to specify that at least 1 toggle in the toggleGroup has to be selected, especially in combination with type "single".

In the case you're looking for maybe a radio group is a better fit?

Yes, the behaviour of a radio group, but for a set of buttons. Since next.shadcn-svelte is built on top of bits ui, i thought this might be the right place for the feature request.

For context, I am trying to build a menu where always one option has to be selected.

RadioGroup.Item is a button 😃 so that's what you would want to use there!
