Hayoo can't find Semigroup, NonEmpty

Data.Semigroup and Data.List.NonEmpty are not findable now, as of GHC8 they are in base so the semigroups package no longer exports them. The public hayoo needs to use the new GHC8 docs? See ekmett/semigroups#78, ndmitchell/hoogle#197
