Translation Drop Down?

I'm putting together a site at https://kalpadesktop.org using juice as the base theme, and we do want to offer the site with localization.

I'm not really much of a web guy, and I've looked through some of the sites in the showcase, to see if anybody else is doing it, but it doesn't appear that any juice based sites are offering an easy selection of language localization.

Just by way of example, if you go look at https://www.opensuse.org/ down at the bottom, it provides a selection box, to localize the site.

I'd prefer it to be in the header, rather than the footer, but that's details.

Is this something that somebody can get added? Or somebody help me figure out how to do?
