Script to convert a SDXL PEFT trained lora to original format

I've trained a SDXL lora using the PEFT library. It works perfectly fine using the diffusers library but it isn't compatible with comfyui. I am wondering if anyone has made any conversion script for that. I've tried to do a conversion script on my side but I am getting tensor dimension mismatches.
