VideoCrafter ckpt to diffusers format

Hi,
does anybody know how to convert VideoCrafter checkpoint to diffusers safetensors format? Similar to the following one: https://huggingface.co/adamdad/videocrafterv2_diffusers
but I want to convert my own finetuned checkpoint. I can see that the keys in state dict of VideoCrafter's checkpoint have different names and this is a problem. Maybe somebody has done it before?
