Do I Update

I've spotted that we're at v1.2.44. My NanoVNA-H4 (hardware 4.3_MS) presently has v1.2.27.

I think the README says that this is a patch to get the ZeeTK NE602A to work in the NanoVNA-H rev3.7 and NanoVNA-H4 rev4.4 version hardware.

Does this mean there's no benefit to me installing this firmware on my v4.3 hardware?
