I resolved the issue by setting up a new Python environment using version 3.9, after which the entire code ran successfully. Here are the commands I used:

1. conda create -p venv python=3.9 -y
2. conda activate venv/
3. pip install ipykernel
4. python -m ipykernel install --user --name=venv
5. jupyter notebook

@Sampath-992002 @manavkulshrestha I resolved the issue by setting up a new Python environment using version 3.9, after which the entire code ran successfully. Here are the commands I used:

1. conda create -p venv python=3.9 -y
2. conda activate venv/
3. pip install ipykernel
4. python -m ipykernel install --user --name=venv
5. jupyter notebook

This also works using venv.

I installed Python 3.9 on my machine.
Once installed, I run:

python3.9 -m venv tempDir

After activating the environment:

source tempDir/bin/activate

I then install or-gym with pip:

pip install or-gym
