Rich Text (TinyMCE) does not show "Visual" and "Text" tabs

When adding Rich Text (TinyMCE) to a carbon fields included inside a plugin and displayed on a CPT admin page, it does not render the Visual / Text tabs properly. The "Visual" and "Text" tabs are missing, and users can only edit the "Text" without visual feedback.

It seems to happen after updating to Carbon Fields 3.6.9

Any ideas how this can be fixed? Is anyone else seeing this?
