2 extra closing divs wreaking layout havoc #81
Description
When I updated to the latest version of this plugin 1.4.8 from the WordPress plugin site, the page layout was getting messed up.
Looks like the culprits are two extra closing divs that could be removed from lines 28-29 of cc-payment-fields.php
