Add instructions for citation

Currently, I'm assuming that we can cite the project through https://hpi.de/fileadmin/user_upload/hpi/dokumente/publikationen/technische_berichte/tbhpi121.pdf. Maybe there is also a conference paper autc.? Maybe a citation template and link could be provided in the readme?
