rsync: incorrect error report when running ./configure #1907
Description
When running ./configure, the report shows that rsync is too old although the installed version is 3.1.3 ( > 3.1.0). The error is not descriptive of the issue because earlier logs show that configure checks the version using -V, but this flag is not an option when using Rocky.
