`build` seems to be failing on `yarn install`

Hello! Thank you for your efforts organizing and sharing these data!

I saw that the data posted here seems to be lagging and tracked it back to this repo. From the action logs, it looks like the automated build step began failing three weeks ago, it looks like on the yarn install step.

I'm not sure I can help more, so sorry to drop in just to complain, but I wanted to flag the issue for you.
