Source for Feature Ideas: FragM

FragM (derived from Fragmentarium) - although much more specialised than GPUpad - has a few features that may be worth adding to GPUpad. These notably include:

• Dynamic viewport (as was mentioned in Match Render Resolution to Viewport Size #18)
• Shader uniforms exposed conveniently in the interface (as sliders and such)
  This could be in a new quick access panel, if added to GPUpad.
• Tile-based rendering. Perhaps too high-level for GPUpad?

Good ideas! I will try to add a fractal zoomer sample and think about how the uniforms could be exposed more conveniently.
