Remove support for checkOmsConnection api before scheduling or running a routing

Current behavior

Before scheduling or running a routing, we call an api to check whether the oms and moqui are connected or not, but as the endpoint is removed thus causing errors

Expected behavior

Need to remove the check oms connection api and its logic as do not need it anymore as now we have all the oms connected to its corresponding moqui systems.
