Change the sequence of shipping methods

Current behavior

Currently, in the order routing app, when the "Shipment Method Type" filter is selected, available shipping methods are displayed in the order they were created. For example, if a new shipping method like "Same Day" is newly added, it appears at the end of the list rather than in a logically order.

Expected behavior

Shipping methods should be arranged in a logical order to improve usability and help users quickly find the right option. Ideally, methods would appear in a sequence based on delivery urgency, such as: Same Day, Next Day, Two Day, Three Day, and so on.

Here we are also considering defining sequence for all other options as well like queue, sales channel etc

Ideally we'd like to sort by delivery days here so that we can sequence by day. Challenge is that this then requires us to also factor in carrier.
