Redundant Save Button Displayed for Rule Name #148

Expected behavior
The Save button for the rule name should be removed, as changes can be saved using the Save button at the parent level.
Steps to reproduce the issue
Login the app with valid credentials.
Open any run and then open any routing.
Observe the presence of a Save button at the parent level.
Note the redundant Save button specifically for the rule name.
Attempt to save changes using the redundant Save button for the rule name.
