Clear deviceId correctly on logout

Current behavior

• Currently on navigating to and from launchpad and BOPIS the deviceId is removed from the state which results in multiple records creation on the backend which is not expected.
• If the JWT token expires and the user logs in again, then the same deviceId will be used.

Expected behavior

• deviceId should get cleared out only on manual logout by the user.
