BOPIS Picklist Not Getting Associated with the Sales Orders #619
Description
Current behavior
We have identified an issue where the BOPIS picklist is not being associated with the corresponding sales orders. Due to this, the picklist is not visible on the View Order screen in OMS.
This association is critical because store associate commissions are calculated on the basis of the picklist. Without the picklist linked to the sales order, commissions cannot be accurately defined.
Expected behavior
The BOPIS picklist should be automatically associated with the sales order and visible on the View Order screen in OMS.
Steps to reproduce the issue
- Place a BOPIS order in Shopify.
- Sync the order into OMS.
- Fulfill the order from the BOPIS app (assign picker → mark as Ready for Pickup → hand over the order).
- Navigate to the View Order screen for the sales order in OMS.
- Observe that the associated picklist is missing.
