Unstable admin user auth behaviour, cannot login after logout

Helllo everyone, thanks alot for this app, I have run Phpnuxbill on docker and everything was fine and I was able to login using the default "admin admin" credentials. After log out , I tried login using the same credentials but the system is throwing an error saying username or password is incorrect. kindly whats the problem.

I realized that I was not login in through the admin page , thanks alot for this app.
