Migrate files from insecure hosting to CDN #790

Actual Behaviour
There are a few hosted images from wayyy back when we used Drupal that are still being used on the site. eg http://hotwww.s3-website-us-east-1.amazonaws.com/files/old/pictures/picture-5-1412307645.jpg. This leads to a warning on the browser that the page is loading unsecure sources.
Expected Behaviour
All links and embedded images should be from an HTTPS source. We should find and move these images and any other embedded media to the CDN and re-reference them.
