iOS device model, version and app version

Model Name: iPhone 15 Pro
Software Version: iOS 18.2 (22C152)
App version: 2025.1178

Home Assistant Core Version

Home Assistant Core 2025.3.3

Describe the bug
Every so often (ranges from a week to a month), the local storage of the companion app gets cleared.

This results in the default dashboard, sidebar customization and any other frontend-specific settings to be reset to their defaults.

When opening the app, nothing abnormal happens excluding the default dashboard appearing and the sidebar being full of the default icons.

To Reproduce
Can not be reproduced manually, to my knowledge.

Expected behavior
The companion app should store the frontend configuration data permanently, until the user explicitly wants to clear it or deletes the app.

Additional context

In the mobile app Event Log, there is no mention of anything abnormal happening. The only messages within the hour were "Application Starting" and "Updated database App Entities"

Happens to me too. Nothing in logs and can't really tell what is the differentiator.
