While switching between Internal/External URLs - keep dashboard URL

When switching between Internal URL and External URL – application always reloads fully HA to a default dashboard, I assume just / root path.

Would be awesome if, before reload, currently visited path could be stored, ie. /config/devices/device/8717b88db294ca92a6c2ac7fcd6450a5 and re-used when reloading HA to the other URL.

Reasoning:
Sometimes my 5GHz WiFi is facing disconnection loops, which causes switching to LTE. When this happens – the screen I was looking at is lost because URL reloads and I need to click through the whole UI to get to a point where I was.

Similar, but not the same as #3143 – I think both could be "fixed" at once.
