Allow editing of elements within the stylesheet

Hey,

I really love Home Assistant and it's fun to tinker around.

However, I would be really happy to have more freedom in manipulating or natively configuring CSS Elements like the one's seen here.
Switch/Slider elements, dialogue windows and such.
Right now it seems like it's only accessible via console and not via card-mod or anything else.

What do you think guys? :)
