Sending a custom Zigbee command from the Manage Zigbee Device view is relatively easy:
You can pick most of the values from dropdowns.
Now, making the same command to be sent as a part of an automation is a vastly different UX:
You have to specify all IDs by hand, and frankly I cannot get it to work, it constantly throws an error, possibly because I entered something wrong. It would be an order of magnitude easier to use if it showed actions and arguments that are recognized by the integration, just as it does in the Manage Zigbee Device view seen above
Alternatively, it would be nice to have a "copy as yaml" button in Manage Zigbee Device modal that would copy the action as an automation step we can paste into an automation. My current workaround is to look at the websocket traffic when issuing the command from the Manage Zigbee Device view.
