Easier Readability general GUI view pops up instead of down

When I click on an entity and try to view the history especially in graphs and such, by scrolling my mouse or finger along the lines in the graph the extra data window that pops up is always below the point that was touched and or clicked on slash hovered over. Thus it is covered by a finger or a mouse icon and therefore is very hard, if not impossible to read. Can “we” make them all pop upwards instead of down? In my world this would be great. Thanks.
