User signup disabled for provider 'aad'

Hi guys. I configured Ad App registration agree of documentation of sonarqube, and I checked Group Sync on Sonarqube, because I want that only users assign in groups can login. But if I leave the checkbox "Allow users to sign-up" like unchecked, I received the message "You're not authorized to access this page. Please contact the administrator. Reason: User signup disabled for provider 'aad' " when I try login in sonarqube. If I check, I get sucess, but anybody that has user on AD, get login. Can you help? Thank's a lot of. Habacuque
