[Feature Request] Granular auto refresh interval

Hi,
I’d love the option to set the auto-refresh interval to less than 1 minute. Since the program is lightweight, I often keep it running in the background and rely on the tray icons to monitor disk temperatures. More frequent updates would make this even more useful.
