Cutout/transparent video as texture? (iOS problem mostly)

Hi guys,

I need to display a cutout video upon marker recognition. Webm format works on Android but I cant seem to find any solution for iOS since it doesnt support webm from what I understand. Did anyone try this or does anyone have some tips on how I can achieve this? Any help would be much appreciated.
