Improve configuration for project settings #34
Description
As in #3, we also have lots of projects. However, the current UI implemented in that ticket means that for each new project, we need to visit settings/plugin/redmine_hipchat and multi-select the new project in that list.
It would be simpler if there was a setting to exclude projects, or to automatically include new projects.
