Hello everyone,

I'm having troubled on the clients as follow.
I'm totally new to this. So, I'm not sure where to start troubleshooting. This issue is only happening with certain ISPs. When I check on the client, it seems like there is no download traffic(Screenshot attached below.)

I truly appreciate any advise and suggestion. Thank you all in advanced.
