Hi, there is a (subtle) indication that the map is rotated. See the screenshot below. The north-south arrows rotate with the map, and pressing the button will reset the rotation to make north point to the top. I agree we could make this a bit more obvious by coloring the icon when the map is rotated. Currently this button/icon comes out of the box with the library used to display the map (Maplibre GL JS), so it might take some effort to customize that feature. |

Of course! I didn't even notice the icon rotated and assumed that control had something to do with levels in buildings. I did some testing and you may consider adding ![]() Let me know if you want me to submit a pull request. (I'm not sure I'll be able to do proper testing of the change, though.) |

It is possible to rotate the map, but except for place names there are few/no indications that map has been rotated (like a compass showing the current orientation), nor does there seem to be an option to reset the orientation. (At least on iOS, the orientation is reset when the app is closed.)
