Exclude windows from shading on demand.

It would be nice to have an option in the window menu to exclude a certain window from shading. This is necessary if you want to compare the contents of two windows for example. Or if you do a presentation having two screens and the presentation on one and your notes on the other.

I'm also interested in this feature. Working in the Lazarus IDE can be particularly difficult, as its windows are shaded every time you choose a component, or change a property, or write some code.
