Exclude fullscreen windows

As long as you're working "normally" with it, it works very nice. But if you have a second display and want to run a video (e.g. YouTube) in fullscreen on it, it's annoying that the video is being dimmed, too.
Please exclude fullscreen windows from shading.

@oktayacikalin I know, it's 3 years later, but you might want to take a look at my fork of this awesome extension. It ignores fullscreen/maximized windows.
